Valves are manufactured to ASME B16.34, ISO15761/API 602 (Most Recent Revisions) in pressure class150 to 4500. The latest industry standards are followed in every area of the manufacturing, testing, inspection, and NDE examination.
Forgings are sourced only in Italy and/or United States and are available in more than 50 ASTM denominated materials: from A105 to Titanium including all the alloys and stainless steels. Vogt has a very large inventory of parts which includes various exotic steels (Examples: Monel 400, Incoloy 800HT, Hastelloy C, etc.).
Vogt, in the past 30 years, has exponentially increased the number of options offered to meet specialized customer requirement for multiple unique services.
NEW DESIGN
We introduced a revision of our design in Summer 2018 to upgrade our products to the latest fugitive emission standards (API624) and the new sources of forgings in Italy and USA.
Starting August 1st all our Legacy design will change by an addition of the letters "L " at the beginning of the series number. As an example:
