Vogt Valves srl - Italy update
With the new Decree no.6 of March 22,2020 the Italian Government adopted more stringent rules which include a closure of all non-essential production activities and a ban from moving across municipalities other than for “non-deferrable and proven business or health reasons or other urgent matters” until April 3rd, 2020.
Therefore we need to highlight that the stringent measures adopted by the Italian Government to limit the outbreak of the virus are now forcing us to acknowledge the block of our production activities until April 3rd for our plant in Italy.
Business activities not directly related to production as well as those related to sales quotation, order processing, project management, engineering and purchasing will continue as normal as we have implemented smart working solutions in all our departments and in most of our offsite offices.
